SMALL RESIDENCE WITH INCREDIBLE VIEWS, LOCATED IN THE BELLECÔTE NEIGHBORHOOD NEAR THE COURCHEVEL 1850 CENTER AND THE BELLECÔTE SLOPE.

4 rooms of approximately 110m² for 8 to 9 people maximum; located on the ground floor without elevator of a small residence of 2 apartments with access via a small slope outside. It has a full-level terrace facing east (not cleared of snow in winter).

Living room - Dining room with magnificent views of the northeast-facing valley has a fireplace (unclosed fireplace and wood available on site), with 2 sofas and television.

Separate rustic equipped kitchen: ceramic hob, traditional oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, Nespresso and filter coffee makers, raclette and fondue sets, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washer-dryer.

BEDDINGS:
- 1 Bedroom-En suite with double exposure has superb views with a "Queen size" bed (160 cm) and its adjoining bathroom with bathtub and double sink.

- 1 “Junior” bedroom with 2 bunk beds (80 cm) + 1 trundle bed.
The high bed is not suitable for a child under 6 years old.
Has its own bathroom with bathtub in the hallway on the “night” side.

- 1 double bedroom with a double bed (140 cm).
Has its own showeroom with shower.

2 separate toilets.

EXTRA:
Ski storage space next to the entrance to the residence, (right) side of the apartment door.
Covered public parking "BELLECÔTE" (paid in winter only) and ski slope 150 meters from the apartment.

This apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
