Events in Courchevel

As a world-class resort, Courchevel does its best to organize high-level sporting events and cultural events to amaze all audiences during the winter season.

Decemberis the month of the Ladies Alpine Ski World Cup, which brings together, on the two giant slaloms of the Émile-Allais slalom stadium, the rising stars and the confirmed champions of the discipline. This is also the period when Courchevel decorates its streets for Christmas, to the delight of its visitors.

From 11 February, for the next three weeks, takes place the International Festival of Pyrotechnic Art which, as its name suggests, fills the sky of Courchevel with a thousand brilliant lights, with the best pyrotechnicians at the helm.

In March, it's time for teenagers! The resort puts in competition the 10-18 year olds during the Kid Contest, who compete in 3 events: freeriding, ski cross and freestyle skiing. At the end of the month, all the visitors are invited to watch the Fly Courchevel, during a weekend dedicated to air sports.

In April, it' s time for sports lovers: during the 3 Vallées Enduro, the entire ski area will be filled with a variety of challenges, mainly for amateur skiers. As for the Dynastar X3, this event attracts the most experienced skiers: it is a difficult triathlon combining snowbiking, trail running and ski touring. You need to be in a good physical condition! Finally, the Winter Legacy, organised by the champion Alexis Pinturault, mixing skiing and music, is a real must-have experience!

Another unique event is the La Folie Douce Courchevel festival, featuring urban and electro music artists for three days of original concerts, a good moment torest your feet andenjoythe music.
