1 bedroom classified 2* 37 sq-m apartment for 4/5 people maximum, on the level 0 of the residence with lift (equivalent to a 1st floor outdoor). Balcony exposed south est with view on the mountain and the forest.
Living area with flat-screen television,DVD, sofas and dining-table.
Open plan kitchen: vitroceramic hobs, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer,raclette apparatus.
SLEEPING CAPACITY:
Bedroom: 1 double bed (140cm)
Living-room: A set of trundle sofa bed (2 single beddings) and one fireside chair (1 sig,le bed).
BATHROOM:
Bathroom with bath. A washing machine with a built-in tumble-dryer.

This apartment is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.
CONDITIONS OF RENTAL:
Bed linen included from 15/12 to 30/04 only, otherwise with supplement.

The Building Saboia B has been subject to an imminent danger measure and of an ordinary danger measure taken by the township of Courchevel following some disorders observed (movements on the base of the building). These measures have been now raised by the township, after the achievement of recommended work by the sets of expert reports made onsite. The security of its occupiers is placed under the responsibility of the building managing company of Saboia B, who has engaged to set up specific supervision measures.
Consequently, the building is placed under supervision thank to an alarm and it is expected that, in case of abnormal movements of the building structure, the responsible of the site security shall be alerted.
In case the alarm activates, the occupiers will be obliged to evacuate the building.
